Simple instructions. Best used for doing the procedures on someone other than yourself. Not many examples of how to self- treat.
This book uses British terminology which can be very confusing to us non-Brits.
Do you like a massage? I do and this is a great book. We share the love of getting a good massage. I give my wife one and a day of two later I get a massage. We have the table and the guide. It's great when you've had a busy day and your feet are sore, Ohhhhhh. I work with my hands all day, a building mechanic and it's nice to have your hands masaged. Oh la la.
Phenomenal illustrations and information. This is an exceptional book for beginners and persons already familiar with point pressure therapy.
I'm studying reflexology and this fits right in with my other material. It contains instruction for both foot and hand reflexology. It is also easy to do research on a problem area.
